The App and Site are collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

  • Your interactions with the Platform, such as the length of time you use the Platform and the buttons, pages, products, or icons you view or select.
  • The Internet Protocol Address and domain name used. The Internet Protocol address is a numerical identifier assigned either to your Internet service provider or directly to your device. We may use the Internet Protocol Address to direct internet traffic to you and for security, analytics, and operational purposes.
  • The type of browser and operating system you used.
  • The date and time you visited or used the Platform.
  • The web pages or services you accessed through the Platform.
  • The website or source you visited prior to coming to the Platform.
  • App diagnostics, crash reports, performance data, and similar technical information.

The methods we use for automatic data collection may include cookies, software development kits (“SDKs”), pixels, and similar technologies:

  • A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Platform.   • SDKs and similar technologies may be used within the App to support analytics, functionality, security, communications, and performance monitoring.

With your permission, the App may collect location information to help you locate our store, provide location-relevant information, support App functionality, and improve your experience. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access may limit certain App features.

  • Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we may send notifications about order or reservation updates, loyalty rewards, promotions, products, store announcements, and other service-related or marketing communications. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

  • How Canna West Seattle Uses Information It Collects about You and the Purpose for the Collection and Use

We use Information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, for the following purposes:

  • To present our Platform and the content on it to you.

Unfortunately, the internet is not completely secure. Although we work to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Information either in transmission or when stored.   • When Canna West Seattle Shares Your Information

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use.

Canna West Seattle does not sell any of your Personal Information.

We may use and disclose Non-Personal Information about our users without restriction, provided that the Information does not identify an individual where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf

We use third parties to host the Platform, design and operate Platform features, provide loyalty and communications services, process or support transactions, and perform administrative, analytics, security, marketing, and other services. These third parties may receive Information necessary to carry out services on our behalf. Their handling of Information is governed by applicable contracts, their own privacy practices, and applicable law.

  1. Information From People Under The Age Of 21

The Platform is intended only for individuals aged 21 and older, as explained further in the App Terms of Use. Canna West Seattle does not knowingly collect any Information from users under that age through the Platform. If you are under that age, do not provide any Information about yourself to Canna West Seattle, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If you become aware that Information of someone under that age has been provided, please contact us using the information in the “How To Contact Us About This Privacy Policy” section below.

  1. Links to Other Websites and Services

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including the information or content contained therein. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services.

  1. Do Not Track

Canna West Seattle does not currently have a mechanism in place for responding to browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms used to limit collection of information for use in online advertising.

  1. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information that we maintain about you. You may also have the right to receive information about how your Personal Information is used or disclosed.

You may exercise your choices as follows:

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us using the information below.
  • You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by contacting us.
  • You may opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions in the message, where applicable.
  • You may disable push notifications through your device settings.
  • You may disable location permissions through your device settings.
  • You may manage cookies through your browser settings.

If you choose not to provide certain Information or disable certain permissions, you may be unable to access all or portions of the Platform. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by applicable law.
