Last Minute Christmas Shopping Guide for Dads
Do you know a dad who appreciates the cannabis lifestyle? Are you also struggling in terms of what to get that person for Christmas? It could be your dad you are shopping for, provided you are of legal age. It could be a dad in your work carpool, that new and cool dad across the street or even your dad’s dad. The countdown to Christmas is here, but here’s my last last minute Christmas shopping guide for dads.
Shopping Canna West Seattle:
Cannabis comes in so many forms now, so let’s just use your average AWD-driving, Trader Joe-shopping for snacks-only dad of two cute kids as the target audience for the following suggestions. For that dad, time and/or discretion are key considerations. Hello vape carts and edibles! The perfect stocking stuffers!
Vape Carts:
Edibles! Let’s Build Your Own Snack Pack:
- Cormorant Blueberry Sorbet ($10)
- Mobius Blood Orange 1:1 THC:CBD Beverage ($15)
- Spot 10:3 Adventure Blend Dark Chocolate ($45)
If time and/or discretion are not factors – perhaps the kids are in bed – then bust out the flower, the bong and party down. In my opinion burning flower is the only way to go. I enjoy bongs, hot knives, chillums, pre-rolls and more, as do my dad friends. Today there are some really interesting pre-rolls to choose from that feature CBD and CBG that a dad might want to experiment with. Once one has two kids and a lot of debt, the stone isn’t the only thing a dad might be craving. Both CBD and CBG react differently, but in both cases the effects are typically relaxing and sublime. Calgon took us away in the 70’s, but in the 2020’s we have cannabinoids.
Smokable Gift Suggestions:
- Canna Organix Apples n’ Bananas flower ⅛ oz ($36)
- High Tide Black Orange flower ⅛ oz ($45)
- Sitka Lebanese Gold Dry Shift Hashish 1 gm ($40)
Pre-Rolls:
- Falcanna Charlotte’s Web CBD Pre-Roll 2-Pack ($12)
- Gold Leaf infused – Ric James x Peanut Butter Burger ($15)
- Soulshine CBD Narnia Bubble Hash Pre-Roll 2-pack ($15)

Canna West Culture Shop Gift Ideas:
The Culture Shop features CBD and hemp infused lifestyle and wellness products including all natural pet supplies, soaps, elixirs, candles, art, apparel and more. Does the dad in your life need a bong or a new vape pen? Swing by the Culture Shop!

While you are there you might stumble on some things you hadn’t thought of before, such as a Brighten Up Facial Kit ($70) from Vital Body Therapeutics. Even if you have to encourage them to use it, being a dad, as with being a mom, is taxing on one’s hair and skin. There’s no shame in self care and encouraging a good night’s sleep. This product will do that.
Sticking with the feeling good/wellness theme, CBDistillery’s 2000mg CBG/CBD Full Spectrum Tincture ($125) is a magic elixir for the aging athlete or weekend warrior dads out there. If they are seeking the full body benefits that cannabinoids have to offer – what is known as the entourage effect, this tincture is a must. You can read our recent review about this product’s effect on workout motivation, or take our word for it. The stuff is liquid gold.
You can’t really go wrong with the Root Butter Muscle Rub ($44), either. Whether you have an active dad, or someone with chronic back pain, this topical has all the benefits of full spectrum CBD. Regardless of the pain relief benefits, a daily routine of Root Butter makes dad’s skin look smooth, healthy and vibrant.
Taking care of yourself is hard to do when you are a busy dad, so gifts are often the best way to get those dads to stop and do just that, take care of themselves. In addition to the suggestions above, I suggest adding Anima Mundi’s Lion’s Mane Brain Tuner ($40). That extra boost of brain power because it’s tough to keep track of all of those soccer games, dance practices and choir performances. It’s daddy’s little helper!
Maybe you were not considering a cannabis-related gift for the dad on your list, but why not? I mean, the whole point of gift giving is to put a smile on the receiver’s face, right? And while you are shopping, as a side benefit, you can treat yourself too! Happy Holidays!
