Join us Thursday, October 9th and Nov. 13th from 5-8pm for the West Seattle Art Walk featuring local artist Autumn Tranquilio!
Autumn Tranquilino is a visionary painter from Seattle, Washintion who blends mysticism with realism to create works reflective of both modern and ancient cultures. She draws from many sources for inspiration: the metaphysical realm, astrology, mythology, and her natural surroundings. Her spirit animals and shamanic landscapes evoke Mexico’s transcendental energy, rich archeological history and culture, while her goddess paintings reflect he empathic visions and studies in astrology. She is deeply influenced by the rugged topography of the Pacific Northwest, including it’s emerald forests and rugged coastline. Autumn works mainly in acrylics but she also uses watercolor and oils in her work. Her work has been showcased in the United States as well as internationally. She resides half the year in Mexico and half in the Pacific Northwest.
