CANNA WEST COVID-19 CUSTOMER UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2020
Dear Loyal Customer,
The entire team at Canna West Seattle is committed to serving our community and keeping everyone safe. Following the latest order by Governor Inslee and following recommendations from health officials, we will be implementing a few extra safety protocols to the procedures we already have in place. We feel it is our responsibility to take these extra measures in an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
COVID-19 Store Policy Updates – Effective Immediately
- Store Capacity: Limit 3 customers in store at a time.
- Masks Required: Must cover the nose, mouth and chin.
- When checking your ID we will ask you to briefly pull down your mask. This is to ensure the face matches the ID, that we aren’t selling to minors, are following LCB regulations and for security.
- Mandatory Temperature Checks: All staff and customers will be required to have their temperature scanned in order to enter the building. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to leave. Customers may return in 48 hours after the fever has passed. Temp checks go into effect on Wednesday, November 18.
During these uncertain times, there may be days that we are short staffed and may have longer wait times at the door than normal. We encourage our customers to pre-order online for convenient in-store pick up. We also offer curbside service available from 8am-6pm daily.
